La Sierra La Vista Continuation High SchoolFullerton Joint Union High School District
![]() The new La Sierra / La Vista Continuation High School has marked a higher standard for the Fullerton Joint Union High School District. Six state-of-the-art buildings connected by roofs and balconies has brought two high schools together on a four acre campus. The buildings consisting of Administration, Library, Art and Technology Classrooms, Science Classrooms, General Classrooms, Student Services, TAPP Classrooms, Child Care, and Food Services. The surrounding campus was also renovated with new paving, concrete flatwork, storm drainage, utility systems, landscaping, site lighting, trash enclosure, basketball courts, two central courtyards, and offsite work, including new street lighting. Lundgren Management served as the Construction Manager on the project.
Dianne G. Van Hook University CenterCollege of the Canyons
![]() The first of its kind in California, the 110,000 square foot, high technology center is a place where several four-year universities offer their bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programs to students right here in the Santa Clarita Valley.
The new University Center is situated on the southwest corner of the campus overlooking Interstate 5 and has 23 so-called “smart” classrooms, two computer laboratories, six meeting/seminar rooms and a lecture hall/theater. Additionally, wireless and video teleconferencing capabilities exist throughout the entire building.
Allied Health & Aviation Lab BuildingGlendale Community College
![]() The Allied Health and Aviation Laboratory Building when finished will house computer animation and graphics classes, nurse training facilities and Facilities Maintenance and Operations. The project consists of a three-story main building with a partial basement. The structure is primarily constructed from cast-in-place concrete with the upper floors also integrating structural steel. The hillside location allows for ground level access from each floor. Two elevators provide disabled access to all programs in the new building. In addition to the lecture halls and offices, the third story will have eight patient care beds simulating a hospital setting for a more “real world” learning experience.
Hoover High School ModernizationGlendale Unified School District
![]() Lundgren completed the successfull six-phase modernization of Hoover High School over two years. Modernization included ADA upgrades, elevator towers, electrical and plumbing upgrades throughout, construction of a new rally quad and school entrance, locker rooms and showers, etc. This project was managed utilizing the Agency CM over GC delivery method.
Cultural & Performing Arts CenterSan Luis Obispo Community College District
![]() This $26 Million project consisted of the construction of a new 449-seat theater facility including an entrance, lobby, stage, an elevating orchestra pit, rehearsal area, prop construction area, changing rooms, experimental theater room, costume sotrage rooms and an outdoor scenery construction area. The state-of-the-art digital sound system is the most technologically advanced systems on the central coast. This project was managed utilizing the multiple prime delivery method.

Clinicas Del Camino RealClinicas Del Camino Real, Inc.

construction of four Clinicas Del Camino Real medical facilities. Each
facility was constructed within existing k-14 campuses, requiring
Lundgren to coordinate the construction operations with school district
personnel and school-site administration.
Library Remodel & ExpansionSan Luis Obispo Community College District
![]() This $13.5 million, 35,002 square foot addition to the college’s main library and student services on the San Luis Obispo Campus reconstructs the existing Library/Administration Student Services Building, addressing a critical shortage of space for the library and Student Services. It provides space for a Curriculum Innovation Center and the District’s Main Data Processing Center, along with office space for the Health Center, Instructional Services, Employee Learning and Innovation Center, Computer Services and General Services.
Aliso Laboratory & Lecture HallSanta Clarita Community College District
![]() The Laboratory Expansion Project is a GO Bond-funded (Measure C) project that includes the construction of a 43,463 sq. ft. expansion of the L-Building as outlined in the Facilities Master Plan for the College. The expansion will provide additional laboratory space for programs currently existing in the building with the addition of Allied Health as well as offices and other support spaces required for the program. Lundgren Management provided Multi-Prime Construction Management Services for the project.
Endeavor School @ Troy High SchoolFullerton Joint Union High School District
![]() This project consisted of a new classroom building composed of six classrooms, one daily living skill classroom, two shower/changing rooms, and four boys and four girls restrooms. Other tasks of the project included site grading improvements and a new power service. Lundgren provided design and construction management services using the multiple prime delivery method.
Cimmarusti Science Center & PlanetariumGlendale Community College District
![]() The complete renovation and expansion program of the
College's Science Center included new lecture halls and laboratories for
the Geology, Oceanography, Physics, Anthropology, Geography, Chemistry
and Math departments. The State of the Art Planetarium and Digital
Theatre was partially funded by a grant from the National Aeronautics
and Space Administration (NASA).
Alice C. Stelle Middle SchoolLas Virgenes Unified School District
![]() New construction of this middle school took place on a
31-acre site that included an Administration Building, Library,
Gymnasium/Multipurpose Room, Food Services Facility, Classroom Buildings
and parking for over 200 vehicles. Lundgren's value engineering
recommendation that the District use an existing water well for
irrigation resulted in thousands of dollars in annual savings in water
and equipment maintenance costs.
La Mesa Junior High SchoolWilliam S. Hart Union High School District
![]() New construction of the District's third Junior High
School was completed within the original 14 month duration despite a
change in site conditions during earthwork operations. Lundgren
Management contained added costs and mitigated potential claims.
Calabasas High SchoolLas Virgenes Unified School District
![]() New construction of this two-story Administration, Music
and Lecture Hall was completed on operating campuses with minimal
disruption to school operations. The modernization to an existing
classroom building and new construction of a shower, locker room and
dance facility was also completed during the school year and completed
within the original construction schedule.
Moorpark Unified School DistrictMoorpark Unified School District
![]() This beautiful two-story facility included an official
league-sized basketball and volleyball court, seating for 2,500, a
weight room, wrestling room and food preparation area.
Nordhoff High SchoolOjai Unified School District
![]() This project included demolition of existing buildings and
infrastructure upgrades in addition to new construction of the
Administration, Music and Science Buildings.
Sequoia Elementary SchoolRichland School District
![]() This new Elementary School is set on a 25-acre site and
includes an Administration Building, Multipurpose Building, 24
classrooms and athletic fields. Lundgren Managament provided master
planning as well as management of the construction phase.
Sierra Vista Boys & Girls ClubWilliam S. Hart Union High School District
![]() This joint use facility included an expansion to the
Sierra Vista Junior High School campus and addition of a new Boys and
Girls Club. A collaboration between the William S. Hart School
District, City of Santa Clarita and the Boys and Girls Club of Santa
Clarita, the project was comprised of new classrooms and science labs, a
new gymnasium and full-sized basketball court, arts and crafts center,
computer labs, sports fields and track.
Home Economics RoomLa Cañada Unified School District
Lundgren Management is currently working with the District on the continued modernization of La Cañada High School. We are providing construction management services using the CM/GC delivery method. Lundgren recently completed a $3 million modernization of the school’s band and home economics rooms. Work was completed over a ten month duration on time and within budget. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on December 14th for the completion of the Home Economics room and again on March 2nd for the completion of the Band Room. Lundgren has been asked to continue assisting the District with various modernization projects, currently the second and third floors of Building B at La Cañada High School.
Aptek LaboratoriesAptek Laboratories, Inc.
![]() Lundgren Management provided oversight, project management, scheduling, inspections and closeout for the construction of this two-story, concrete tilt-up structure used by Aptek Labs to manufacture military and space-grade high performance polymer systems and adhesives.
Valencia High SchoolWilliam S. Hart Union High School District
![]() The schedule for the District's fourth High School was
expedited to accommodate major technology upgrades and changes that were
introduced into the project after construction had commenced. Lundgren
Management successfully isolated critical aspects of the Owner/Architect
added modifications and mitigated potential project delays. The project
completed within the original construction schedule with no claims.
FUSD Modernization ProgramFontana Unified School District
![]() Lundgren Management is working with the Fontana Unified School District providing both design and construction management services using the multi-prime delivery method. This project consists of the modernization of six schools. The construction is taking place while school is in session and is part of the District's Master Plan for their facility needs.
Adolfo Camarillo High SchoolOxnard Union High School District

District's (4) High Schools in occupied campuses over two phases. Scope
of work included complete modernization of all classroom and ancillary
structures, ADA compliance, upgrades to the underground utilities and
new walkways.
Dysinger Elementary SchoolCentralia School District

elementary schools for the Centralia School District. Work was
performed while school was in session for the 5,100+ student district
covering the areas of Buena Park, La Palma and Anaheim.
Agoura Business CenterThe Dale POE Real Estate Group
![]() This two-story office building and business park was
completed within ten months. Despite Owner and Architect added changes
that were made to the plans and specifications during construction,
Lundgren Management expedited the schedule and met the original timeline
without any additional cost to the Owner.
Hart High School AuditoriumWilliam S. Hart Union High School District
![]() The reconstruction and addition to the Hart High School's
existing 900-seat Auditorium included a new orchestra pit and lift,
replacement of the stage and lighting and audio systems, soundproofing,
new seating as well and other new interior finishes.
Bard & Beach Elementary SchoolsHueneme School District
![]() To minimize disruption to the educational process, the
modernization of Richard Bard Elementary and Beach Elementary was
performed over four continuous phases. Completion of the administration
buildings was performed over the summer break.
