Lundgren Awarded Contract to Facilitate Selection of Future Castaic High School SiteMay 15th, 2010 Lundgren Management interviewed with the William S. Hart Union High School District Growth Committee on January 5, 2010 and was officially awarded a contract on March 17, 2010 to perform a “Fatal Flaw Analysis,” by facilitating and coordinating a team of engineers in an effort to provide information to the WSHUHSD School Board so they can select a school site for Castaic High School. Two sites were chosen by the School Board in November 2009 that will be analyzed. It is the District’s intent to have a freshman class in Castaic High School by 2013. Lundgren Management shall provide an objective site analysis for a high school site in Castaic. Lundgren Management shall prepare an analysis and corresponding report for each site known as the Romero Canyon and Hasley/Sloan properties. The analysis will include the following:

Hart Union High School District over 17 years ago (1993) on the construction of then New Valencia High School. Other projects throughout the years have included the Sierra Vista Boys and Girls Club, La Mesa Junior High School and the modernization of Arroyo Seco Junior High School, Placerita Junior High School and Hart High School. |
